Sports Psychology
Sport psychology is the study of how psychological factors can influence performance. It looks at how ones psyche can affect all aspects of sport including training, maintaining dietary regimes, teamwork, self-discipline, burnout, goal setting, endurance work and motivation. Sport psychology can be used within a team setting or with individual athletes.
