Grief & Loss
Grief can be related back to a feeling of loss from something with which a close bond was formed. Greif can result from the loss of a loved one, the loss of a pet, the loss of employment, the loss of physical ability, the loss of a relationship or the loss of independence.
Grief can manifest in different ways including:
• Sadness, confusion and helplessness
• Shock and denial
• Anger and guilt
