Anger Management

Anger is a normal emotion to feel when you’re exposed to situations which you don’t agree with. Anger can be a result of rigid standards imposed on oneself and/or others which are unachievable or likely to be broken. Anger is a normal and natural emotion that arises for everyone however it can become a problem if it’s expressed in an unhelpful way.

Everyone experiences anger differently and while there are both beneficial and non-beneficial ways to express this, many people get caught up in their feelings and consequently externalise the anger by behaving in an offensive manner. Talking to a psychologist can help you learn ways of expressing anger and dealing with situations more effectively without causing additional problems such as within personal relationships.

There is nothing wrong with getting angry, it’s how one behaves/acts when they feel angry that can cause problems.
